Dear Mr. Irwin,
 |
Hats off to your staff at your store. The service that I received was a pleasant surprise from what I have encountereed in other bicycle shops in Ames and Des Moines. They did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. Unlike other places, they were professional and showed interest in helping me. Specifically Steve did a great job helping me. I know that answering questions and acting professional are to be expected (other shops don't do that) but your staff did all the extras that made me feel much more comfortable with my pruschase than previous bicycle purchases. If anyone asks for my suggestion on where to go for bicycling needs, I will recomment "Irwin's". Thank you for your time.

To Jack And all at Irwin's,

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help leading up to the Arizona Ironman. The Xentis wheel clad Felt S32 was passing carbon frames and aero helmets all morning! I finished #472 out of 2306 competitors and had a solid bike leg passing about 600 people (on a windy day)
Your customer service, sane prices and the always-willing-to-help environment at Irwin's are awesome! Thanks again for all your help. I'll be back soon.

Mr. Davis,

Yesterday, I visited your store with a flat bike tire. Even though the staff was short-handed, Derek helped me immediatley and beyond my expectations. Most all the other customers were being helped by other employees. Derek stopped working on a bike in the back, came out and apologized for not having seen me. He immediately took my tire (the innertube has had a hole torn in it the past four bike riding seasons) and fixed it, without cost. I was thoroughly impressed an grateful. Receiving customer service like this is one of the reasons my husband and I keep coming back to your store for repair and for accessories.
Please pass on my gratitude to Derek for his high level of service. |
